Prepare your call lets you mark your call as important, type the subject or reason for your call, send your current location or include a photo before making your call.
To use Prepare your call, tap on the person you want to call from the contacts tab in the Call+ app, choose the message or photo you want to add, and start the call.

Prepare you call is a feature which you can use to customise your call and make your call important for the other party .It will notify on the screen what is the purpose of the call?
These features will be very useful in case of any emergency
There are 4 options :
1 - Important call - You can turn it on to make your call as important call
2-Subject Line - You can put a message to other party before he picks up the call
3- Location - You can share the location in case of emergency
4- Image - you can upload a image and show to the caller on his call screen
